Project in planning

Description

Triwex Immobilien & Baumanagement GmbH is the sole contracted service provider of the developer and is responsible for the planning, marketing and sales of the project.

The residential project comprises 31 units including 2 penthouses and 2 maisonettes, divided into a front building and a garden building, between approx. 40 sqm – approx. 90 sqm, with 1-3 rooms. In the basement, consistent with the number of apartments, there are 31 cellar compartments and a lockable room for bicycle storage. Distributed on 5th and 2nd floors, respectively, and equipped with 2 spacious penthouses, the project is ideally designed for living.

All residential units have high-quality floor-to-ceiling windows with operable sun protection, which are triple-glazed and are provided with plastic-aluminum frames.

Underfloor heating has been designed on top of impact sound insulation in all rooms, including the bathroom.

High quality natural oak parquet from Hinterseer, surrounds the floor structure.

The bathrooms receive noble bathroom ceramics from Villeroy & Boch and are tiled with high-quality tiles.

Each residential unit will be equipped with a video intercom system and fitted with an overhead door closer at the respective entrance doors. The terraces of the penthouses provide a wonderful panoramic view of the Tegel district.

All apartments are equipped with a balcony or terrace, the maisonettes even have a terrace all around, quietly looking out into the courtyard.

In the front building, the apartments are accessible via a staircase and an elevator in the stairwell and can be entered without thresholds.

The garden house has due to its 2 floors only one staircase to offer more living space.

In the courtyard, a small playground with bicycle storage is provided. Each residential unit receives its own cellar as a special use to the apartment.

Location

The district of Tegel, located in the southwest of Reinickendorf, is known for Lake Tegel, which is a popular destination for excursions. At the northern end is the Humboldt Palace, which is privately owned by the descendants, who also partly inhabit it. In the adjoining park stands the “Dicke Marie”, probably the oldest tree in Berlin.

Northwest of Alt-Tegel, where little reminds of the village past, is the lifeline “Berliner Straße” with stores for daily needs and the Borsigwerke. These are now an adventure shopping center “Hallen am Borsigturm” with cinemas, stores, etc. amid old Berlin brick architecture. The entrance gate in castle-like style is a listed building and a landmark of the district.

By the end of 2020, a new pedestrian zone with numerous stores, offices, cafés and restaurants will be created in Gorkistraße, which will be one of the first revitalizations of a complete shopping street in Germany and will be integrated into the Tegel market hall, which has a 100-year history.

The pedestrian zone Gorkistraße and the Tegel-Center invite you to shop, while the surrounding side streets are quiet and lined with trees.

The Greenwichpromenade with ship moorings invites you to stroll. Worth seeing is the former red toll bridge, the “Sechserbrücke” and the Humboldt Library. Tegel harbor and the Tegeler Forst recreational area are also in the immediate vicinity.
